How do we build the VoIP telephony system?

Taking to heart the best interest of our Customers, we have prepared two options of phone calls. The first is based only on Internet links. It generates lower one-time cost associated with the purchase of equipment and requires less installation and configuration. The biggest drawback of a call based solely on the Internet is the inability to make phone calls in case of Internet failure. The second option combines Internet connection and secured ISDN or analog phone lines. These two options are presented in the following diagram.

Devices used in the internet telephony:

  • A device with Linux and Asterisk software – we configure it in line with the project, taking into account the number of telephone lines, extensions, the general number, etc.
  • VoIP phones – necessary to make calls.
  • A BRI/PRI/Analog cards – using both Internet connection and standard telephone lines (optional).
